Originally written in February 2014, this article discussed the security issues that legacy data posed on companies. It elaborated on the difficulty to regulate such data since they existed even before policies were written.

Did you know... Connecticut has two neutral data centers within it, and five non-neutral facilities. Two of Connecticut's data centers have remote hands, two have office space available within them, and one offer rack cabinets. The largest organization is CyrusOne with two facilities, and we have found 524 miles of fiber cable within Connecticut's borders.
