June 28, 2012 Comments Off

Silver Peak Systems is known for producing software that helps accelerate data movement between data centers, the cloud and the branch offices. The company has been recently awarded 4 new patents by the US Patent and Trademark Office. The new patents are for ‘identification of data stored in memory’, ‘pre-fetching data into a memory’, ‘automatic network optimization’ and ‘dynamic load management of network memory’.

The patented software goes a long way in helping business entities in lowering the cost for critical IT aspects like cloud computing, DR and data center virtualization. Silver Peak  products help in accelerating data movement over considerable distances. The company’s Virtual Acceleration Open Architecture software or VXOA is also patented software that promises a 90 times faster movement of data and quicker deployment as well.

The software can be downloaded and deployed across the globe.

Factors such as constant evolution of WAN optimization, growth of virtualization and ever increasing dynamism of work loads have spurred the company to develop this slew of software.
