The FlashSoft software stable has been enhanced with new software. This enhancement is capable of delivering virtual machine density and application performance. It also helps in moving apps to virtualized servers. The FlashSoft software can enable solid state storage to be installed as a module in the OS of virtual computing platforms. All this means lower power consumption, optimum investments in software and hardware and lower space requirements in data centers. It also helps reduce I/O latency. With the possibility of increased density of virtual machines, organizations can enjoy all these benefits in their virtual computing ecosystems.

The software is also capable of running with transparency in the hypervisor. This enables native OS support. It needs 140 MB of system memory and this does not increase with increase in virtual machines. The new software is also compatible with every enterprise flash device. It can work in SAN and NAS or network attached storage configurations.
