StrataXGS Trident II For Data Center Networks

Broadcom Corp., an industry leader in the space of semiconductor solutions for wired and wireless communications has announced its new line of Ethernet switching solutions under the name of StrataXGS Trident II Series. This series has been developed with a view to optimize cloud scale data center networks. Among its many features is its ability to deliver 4x network virtualization scale. The very first single chip in the world that can deliver upwards of 100 10GbE ports and scalability to support thousands of server and virtual machines endpoints in multi tenant eco systems are some more highlights of the series.

The company, has won awards for its StrataXGS architecture and this forms the basis of the product. The Ethernet series is capable of delivering the most comprehensive network switching feature at the highest port and bandwidth density in the industry. All this has only powered up Broadcom’s status as an leader in the industry.
