Power Analytics, a leader in intelligent software designed for DCIM, will present a white paper on the “Financial Benefits Using Power System Analytics for Mission Critical Applications” at the seventh annual Uptime Institute Symposium May 14-17 in Santa Clara, Calif. The Uptime Institute Symposium is the only international event focused entirely on data center efficiency and green enterprise IT.
Kevin Meagher, Chief Technology Officer for Power Analytics, and Doug Whitmer, Power Analytics Vice President of Sales, will present and join Symposium attendees to discuss the return on investment derived from utilizing power system analytics software in mission critical applications.
“Power system owners have no real-time means to optimize energy usage,” said Meagher. “Analytics software can provide insight into energy usage and save thousands of dollars per month. We look forward to sharing these innovations at the Uptime Symposium next week.”
The presentation will show that in mission critical facilities the payback range, after implementing a model-validated analytics software platform, can be less than one year with typical annual savings of $400,000.
“Power Analytics is committed to providing technologies that enable data center owners and operators to gain greater insight into the current and future state of their facilities, and take preemptive steps to optimize capacity expansion plans, energy usage and maintenance activities,” added Whitmer.
